Product Design

I undertake the complete design and manufacturing preparation of custom products and components, from a single part to complex systems and assemblies. I ensure full compliance with the desired aesthetic requirements and also with functional and mechanical engineering specifications.

I have completed numerous interesting and often unconventional design projects, including the design and manufacturing preparation of inventions and first-round prototypes. I also offer a proprietary range of gear products, all self-designed.

Perhaps the most complex and impactful project of my career to date has been the mechanical design of the LOCKIT brand, electrically controlled and actuated locking mechanisms, which have been installed in the lockers of several major sports facilities, including the sports swimming complexes in Veszprém and Szeged. The locks are composed of dozens of precision-cast components and have been operating reliably for years.

I approach every project with complete openness; I have designed unique door decorations, various toys and sports equipment, as well as traditional mechanical and electronic solutions. No challenge is to outlandish for me.

The go-to technology for custom requirements and rapid iterations, is now suitable even for small-series production. My machine park can be adapted to virtually any task, from tiny gears to meter-sized models.

Current machine park:

2 units of V0.2 printers with a 120×120×120 mm build volume, primarily for precision work, gears, and custom-made components.
2 units of Prusa printers (MK3S+ and MK4S) for general-purpose, medium-sized products and rapid iteration.
2 large-format, high-performance specialized machines capable of accommodating the largest models (360×360 mm and 510×510 mm).”

Main advantages:

The machines cover a very wide range of applications, allowing me to produce almost everything in one place, from the smallest to the largest components of a project.
I can print up to six significantly different parts simultaneously.
Each machine delivers high performance proportional to its respective build volume.

I can provide the production of metal components, jigs, and molds, both for custom and series manufacturing, using modern techniques with a 3-axis milling machine and a bar-fed lathe.

Injection molding

Thanks to a simple yet highly flexible solution, I can offer a cost-effective approach for producing small quantities of components or products that would not achieve the desired quality if 3D-printed, and for which large-scale injection molding is not feasible. I also have a number of proprietary, self-developed products.

Modern manufacturing technologies often require various technical drawings, documentation, and, in some cases, visual renderings. All the renderings displayed on the website are of my own creation.
